Refund
For most articles, in the unlikely situation that your product is incorrect, you can send it back to us for refund or exchange of goods within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for return, your must be unused and in the same condition as you got it. It must also be found in the original packaging.
Returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
- If you have not received any refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
- Contact your bank. There is often some treatment time before a refund is published.

Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to switch it to the same item, send an email with our contact form.
Return shipping
Contact us via info@atomicthrills.com to create a return. We will instruct you via email in where to send your item for return.
Contact us for a prepaid return slip via DHL. Note that we are pulling off $6.99 in return fee for a return shipping note. You can also choose to send us back to us by paying for the shipping yourself. Then note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the product reaches us, which is why we recommend that you choose traceable shipping.
